چکیده
Landraces are valuable sources of genetic characteristics, which plant breeders’ interest to include in breeding programs for crop improvement. We assess the inter- and intra-genetic variability among 96 accessions representing three Hail tomato landrace using DNA-based marker sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP). Seven SRAP primer combinations generated 55 alleles with a 100%, an average 7.86 polymorphic per pair primers. All primers showed 0.68 information content (PIC) value discrimination power (DP) 14.29. Principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) confirmed clustering produced via UPGMA similarity dendrogram allowed grouping according its gene bank accession numbers relatively good separation between landraces. A ranged from 0.04 1.0 747, 0.05 1072, 0.16 0.92 548. These results landraces harbor wide range diversity at both inter intra-variation levels. AMOVA that most variation was because differences within populations (87%). Tomato have well-differentiated admixtures, where 747 formed their separate group, 548 1072 were admixed, some more pattern. take technique’s effectiveness study into consideration tomato-breeding through marker-assessed selection.

Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers were used to investigate the genetic diversity among 30 populations of Toona ciliata Roem. sampled from the species’ distribution area in China. To analyze the polymorphism in the SRAP profiles, 1505 primer pairs were screened and 24 selected.
